Sony Cybershot DSC-W150 Digital Camera

Posted on | January 6, 2009 |

After much research I finally decided to buy a new digital camera. I opted for the Sony Cybershot DSC-W150 which is an 8.1 megapixel camera with a 5x optical zoom. The picture quality is awesome and the camera looks great.

I went through the reviews on http://www.cnet.com.au and it was the camera with the best reviews for under $300. I was lucky enough to get it during the sales after xmas for $229 and I couldn’t be happier with the way it performs.

You can read about the camera here.

I highly recommend this camera.

Now I just need to get out and get some great travel pics for the site.

Hey there, I’m guessing now you and gf are in London now right? How’s the new place kicking? Wish the best for both of ya.

Also, can’t wait to see how your camera perform, I’m still surveying for a good one, especially if it can take good macro pics. Thinking of an DSL camera but.. anything could happen. Hope to see some great shots soon.

Hey Ching Ya, we aren’t in England yet .. we don’t leave until March. :) We are flat out selling everything and sorting out visas and passports etc … As soon as we leave I will be blogging about it heaps so you won’t miss it haha.

I was thinking of a DSLR camera too but I really have no need for one at the moment. If I use this new camera heaps I might buy one.. they will be quite large to carry around tho so I would really need to enjoy photography to justify buying one.
